Councillor Walker has been a member of the Council since 1983 and is Senior Adviser to the Cabinet Member for Economic Development, Planning and Transportation, and adviser to the Cabinet Member for Community Development and Engagement, a member of the Planning Board and Sustainable Communities Scrutiny Panel and Vice-Chair of the Rotherham North Area Assembly.
