Approval was given to a request for two compulsory redundancies of employees in Facilities Services

 

Reasons for the Decision:

 

 

 

The establishment where the individuals were employed had been closed and although a number of successful redeployments had taken place it had not been possible to redeploy two of the employees. 

Details of Alternative Options Considered and Rejected:

 

Redeployment options had been explored and no suitable alternative post found.
