Brief Description of Decision:

Following the death of HRH, the Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, it has been requested that the Council flags (Riverside and Town Hall) should be flown at half-mast until 8am on 18^th April

Reasons for the Decision:

All government buildings have been asked to consider flying flags at half-mast as a mark of respect.
