As set out in the Operational Delivery of LAC Sufficiency Strategy - New Residential Provision Progress Report – Submitted to Cabinet on 19 September 2022, linked to recommendation 2.

 

That the Assistant Director for Planning, Regeneration and Transport be authorised to negotiate the remaining acquisitions required and complete necessary transactions, in consultation with the Council’s Section 151 Officer, Strategic Director Children’s and Young Peoples Services, the Cabinet Member for Children and Young People’s Services, and the Assistant Director of Legal Services.

 

Decision:

Agreed to complete the purchase of Residential Provision in Dinnington for £385,996.00 including purchase price, legal and disbursements as per Cabinet delegations

 

Reasons for the Decision:

Property meets specification and there was agreement to offer on the property from the above decision makers following due diligence. See Acquisition Briefing.

 

Legal have processed the purchase and are recommendation completion on 29 March.
