Delegation to identify projects within themes described in paragraphs Collision Investigation & Prevention. - Cabinet Report 24th Apr ‘23 item 157 refers.

Decision:

Entry of Local Neighbourhood and Road Safety schemes listed in paragraph 2.1 and Appendix 1 into the Transport Capital Programme;

 

Entry of Collision Investigation and Prevention schemes listed in paragraph 2.2 and Appendix 2 into the Transport Capital Programme.

 

Reasons for the Decision:

To enable delivery of projects under the LNRS theme within the approvals at Cabinet, 19th December 2022.

 

To enable delivery of projects under the Collision Investigation & Prevention theme within the approvals at Cabinet, 24th April, 2023.

Details of alternative options considered and rejected:

Not approving would hinder the delivery of Cabinet approved priorities.
