Brief Description of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0257 for the compulsory redundancy of an employee in the Regeneration & Environment Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:

The panel noted that the service offer was changing and the work of the individual no longer being provided. Avenues had been explored in terms of redeployment options, however it was acknowledged that the role was very specific.
