Purpose:

Following a further competition process, undertake an awardfor a4-year contractto ReedLtd viathe YPO942 framework (Managing Temporary and Permanent Recruitment).

Reasonsfor the Decision:

Thecurrent contractfor theprovision ofTemporary Labour ends on the 31stof December 2024, with no options for further extension.

 

It is vital that the Council is able to compliantly engage temporary labour to support service delivery, with a managedservice provideridentified asthe bestmodel to support this.

 

The award will be made via the YPO Managing Temporary andPermanent Recruitment- 942Framework, underLot 1.
