Reasons for the Decision:

The BDR Councils require comprehensive support and advice in respect of the legal and contractual aspects of the “BDR Waste Partnership” joint waste management Private Finance Initiative (PFI) project contract. This specialised knowledge is not within the scope of individual Council Legal teams
