Reasons for the Decision: |
The result of a competitive procurement process following Full Council approval on 28 February 2024 of a Revenue Investment Proposal (Unique Reference – ACHPH – 6)which detailed a request of budget provision to increase the capacity in the housing related support service by £180,000 per annum (recurrent funding) to procure additional support services from the approved Housing Related Support Provider market, utilising the established Flexible Purchasing System.
The procurement was undertaken using a further competition under ‘Lot 1 – Floating Support’ of the Housing Related Support Flexible Purchasing System.
The successful supplier, after evaluation, was People, Potential, Possibilities (P3). The Tender Evaluation Report and award recommendation has been approved by the relevant parties.
