Reasons for the Decision: |
This will allow the Local Authority to meet it statutory duty to ensure that the is sufficient early years provision. |

This was the only school in the area that met the requirements to apply for additional DfE capital funding to expand provision (for which they were successful). Creation of additional capacity elsewhere in the locality would not have been viable without the additional DfE capital.
