Decision:

Direct award a contract for the Development of an Unpaid Carers APP to CC2i Ltd.

Reasons for the Decision:

A grant has been received from the DHSC’s Accelerated Reform Fund to develop an APP to support Unpaid Carers in the Borough, to improve the advice and information offer provided by RMBC and meet our Care Act duties.

Following an Exemption from Financial and Procurement Procedure Rules and the publication of a Transparency Notice (UK5) on the Central Digital Platform (CDP) in line with the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023
