Decision:

That the Assistant Director for Property & Facilities Services approves the demolition of the single storey brick-built garage units in consultation the Cabinet Member for Finance & Community Safety

 

 

Reasons for the Decision:

The property has been declared surplus to operational requirements, as there is no longer a need for storage facilities in this area. No other council service has a need for premises in this location, therefore demolition is deemed to be the best option for this site
