In line with the recommendation to Cabinet on 7th July 2025 to ‘approve delivery of Phase 1 of the Town Centre Health Hub project’ a recommendation is made that the Full Business Case detailing final project costs, timeframe and outcomes is approved thus allowing contract award and implementation of the project.
And to formally enter into a contract with Morris & Spottiswood to take forward the works for Health Hub Phase 1 into the construction phase following the completion of and approval of the Procurement Business Case. |
