Decision:

The decision is to award and enter into a contract following a procurement process for Housing First in Rotherham to Action Housing & Support Limited.

Reasons for the Decision:

The objective of the procurement process was to secure a sole provider with the capacity, capability, and experience to deliver a high?quality Housing First service aligned fully to the model’s core principles. The aim was to ensure consistent delivery, maintain separation of housing and support, and provide flexible, long?term, strengths?based support that follows individuals regardless of property type or tenancy status.
