That the Strategic Director of Regeneration and Environment authorises, in line with Financial and Procurement Procedure Rule Section 58.4 Delegation Arrangements, the proposed framework of selected contractors and that the council enters into framework contract agreements with the contractors appointed.

The framework is required to provide a compliant procurement route and to give local SME’s the opportunity to tender for construction projects throughout the Yorkshire and Humber region.

The decision to procure the RCP4 Framework was approved by the then Acting Strategic Director of Regeneration and Environment on 4th December 2018.
