Approval was given to a request for twenty eight compulsory redundancies and an early release on the grounds of efficiency in Adult Care Services. |
Reasons for the Decision:

Following a review of the service there had been a significant post reduction. |
Details of Alternative Options Considered and Rejected:

Redeployment options had reduced the number of redundancies necessary from 85 employees. It had not been possible to redeploy all the affected employees. |
