It was resolved by Cabinet under minute 102 that the consideration and acceptance of the offer representing best consideration be undertaken by the Assistant Director of Housing and the Acting Assistant Director of Planning, Regeneration and Transport (now the Assistant Director of Planning, Regeneration and Transport), in consultation with the Strategic Director for Finance and Customer Services and the Cabinet Member for Housing.

Brief Description of Decision:

To approve the terms on the disposal of land at Whinney Hill and off Chesterhill Avenue, Thrybergh.
