To amend the Sub Scheme of Delegation to:

·       Insert new wording in respect of consultations and agreements with other local planning authorities regarding Local Plan production.

·       Insert new wording regarding amendments to draft local plan documents during independent examination.

·       Clarify the wording regarding the implementation and enforcement of the CIL charge.

Reasons for the Decision:

To update the Sub Scheme of Delegation to facilitate the production of the Local Plan and implementation of the CIL charge.
