Brief Description of Decision:

A request for transfer of pension rights into the South Yorkshire Pension Scheme outside the normal 12 month time limit from an employee in Regeneration & Environment Directorate was rejected.

Reasons for the Decision:

There was no reasonable justification for agreeing the request which would be expected to lead to additional cost liabilities for the pension fund and hence the council.
