Decision:

To award the contract for the Council’s banking services to Lloyds Bank Plc. Contract commencement date to be confirmed. Contract period of 5 years with the option to extend up to a further 5 years.

Reasons for the Decision:

Lloyds Bank submitted a bid that met the requirements of the tender and scored highest on a combination of quality, price and social value.
