Brief Description of Decision: 

Approval was given to request ERP0274 for the flexible retirement of an employee in the Children & Young People’s Service’s Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:

The Panel considered this request for flexible retirement for the individual to reduce their working hours from full time to 18.5 hours.

The panel agreed this request and newly vacated hours will be recruited with consideration to career pathway options.
