To adopt the refreshed and reviewed Policy

Reasons for the Decision:

The Council is statutorily obliged under section 12 Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003, to prepare and publish statements of their policies and procedures in relation to Anti-social Behaviour, and to keep these up to date.
