Approval was given to request ERP0294 for Compulsory Redundancy of an employee in the Children’s and Young People’s Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:

Approval was given to request for the compulsory redundancy of an employee in the Children’s and Young People’s Directorate due to closure of provision. 

The panel noted the contents of the redundancy report and there being no pension release costs.
