Reasons for the Decision: |
The Cabinet meeting of 16 December 2024, resolved to · “Approve the indicative programme and provisional allocations of the Community Recovery Fund Grant” · “To enter into supplementary provisions to the Infrastructure Support Services 2024 – 2027 Service Level Agreement” · “Delegate authority to the Assistant Chief Executive in consultation with the Leader of the Council, to determine revised and final allocations for the Community Recovery Fund Grant”. In accordance with the programme agreed by Cabinet, it is proposed to enter into service level agreements with three voluntary sector partners (Voluntary Action Rotherham, Refugee Council, and Manvers Residents Association) to deliver a series of defined projects.
These organisations are considered most suitable to deliver the activities needed under the CRF and CCRP programmes by having the relevant experience and capacity.
Detailed project proposals are in place as well as requisite management and monitoring arrangements. Service level agreements have been prepared on this basis to ensure the successful delivery of the proposed activity.
