Any orders or Contracts made shall remain the responsibility of the Strategic Director. Strategic Directors must maintain an up-to-date scheme of delegation, which is refreshed on an annual basis at the commencement of the financial year.

Reasons for the Decision:

Biometric cashless catering system required for contracted Rotherham secondary schools.

Following a procurement activity and business case process this provider was identified as the best value.
