Brief Description of Decision:

To approve the making and confirmation of an order to Divert part of Public Footpath No.7 in Wales to allow development to take place for the caravan park at Rother Valley Country Park.

To give approval for the order to be taken to the Secretary of State if objections are received against the order

Reasons for the Decision:

An application was received from the Council’s Council Green Spaces team on 24/11/2017 to divert the route of Public Footpath No.7 in Wales.  The diversion is required to allow the development of a caravan park at Rother Valley Country Park

The alternative would be to take no action. This has been rejected.
