Brief Description of Decision:

 

To approve the acquisition of land to the rear of 7 Browning Drive, Herringthorpe.  

Reasons for the Decision:

 

 

The acquisition of the land will allow the Council to construct a new community hub within the grounds of Badsley Moor Primary School but due to the limited existing boundaries of the school this additional land is required to allow the project to come to fruition.
