Joel Gouget, Finance Manager, submitted the financial monitoring of the Pathfinder Programme in 2006/07 as at the end of May, 2007.
As at the end of March, 2007, the Programme had delivered £7.6M of investment and achieved spend and delivery targets set for the 2006/07 period. The current spending plan was set to deliver an additional £10.6M of interventions by the end of March, 2008.
Risks on the Westgate Demonstrator were closely monitored.
A short powerpoint presentation was given on accelerated projects to pick up any shortfall on strategic acquisitions and in the town centre.
Agreed:- (1) That the report be noted.

Joel Gouget, Finance Manager, submitted the financial monitoring of the Pathfinder Programme in 2006/07 as at the end of February, 2007.
The investment programme approved by TSY was £6.9M with expenditure to date of £5.4M and committed expenditure of £1.5M. In addition, Rotherham was pursuing additional expenditure of £0.9M related to acquisitions, bringing the total spend for 2006/07 to £7.8M.
At the end of February, 2007, the overall risk to deliver the Programme was rated low as the projects scheduled to be delivered exceeded the HMR Pathfinder allocation.
