That Cabinet: -
- Approves a public consultation on the draft Supplementary Planning Document at Appendix 1.
- Notes that following consultation a further report be brought to Cabinet to approve the adoption of the Supplementary Planning Document.

Consideration was given to the report which sought Cabinet approval to undertake public consultation on the draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) ‘Householder Design Guide’.
