Recommendation:

1.    That Cabinet approves the adoption of the Householder Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document.

Consideration was given to the report which presented the Householder Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for approval. Supplementary Planning Documents helped improve planning applications, which in turn could speed up the planning process and produce better outcomes for the community.
