Tom Bell, HMR  Team Leader, gave a powerpoint presentation on the HMR Programme for 2006-08 which would be presented to the Transform South Yorkshire Board on 14^th July, 2006, with the recommendation for approval on funding.  The structure of the presentation was as follows:-
