The Director of Housing and Neighbourhood Services submitted proposals to review 2010 Rotherham Ltd. Board Expenses Policy taking into account the cost saving agreed by the Council whereby the mileage rate was reduced in line with Council employees’ mileage allowance and HM Revenue and Customs Approved Mileage rates as at 1st April, 2010.
The Articles of Association required all allowances payable to non-executive directors to be approved by the Cabinet Member.
Resolved:- That the proposed changes to the level of recompense to the Board be approved.
