Issue - meetings

Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 16^th June, 2014.

Resolved:- (1) That the minutes of the meeting held on 16^th June, 2014, be approved as a correct record.

(2) That a report be submitted to the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care concerning the termination of the lease for the Carers’ Centre, Effingham Square, Rotherham.

Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 28^th April, 2014.

Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 17^th March, 2014.

Resolved:-  That the minutes of the meeting held on 17^th March, 2014, be approved as a correct record.

Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 10th March, 2014.

It was noted that the Suicide Prevention and Self-Harm Conference (Minute No. K69 refers) had been a great success.

There had been a good response to registrations for the ‘Working Together for a Healthier Rotherham’ Conference to be held on 16th July, 2014.

Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 21st October, 2013.

It was noted that with respect to Minute No. H36 (Police Assistance and Conveyance to Hospital for those detained under the Mental Health Act 1983) clarification had been sought and it was determined that formal approval from Cabinet was not required.

Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 14th October, 2013.

With regards to Minute No. K34(3) (Conferences/Meetings) it was requested that Councillor Tweed provide some feedback or attend the next meeting of the Rotherham Heart Town Steering Group as they were particular interested in Atrial Fibrillation.
