Decision:

The decision sheet and minutes of Commissioner Kenny’s last meeting held on 7th December, 2015, were considered and accepted as accurate records.

Response to petition regarding disposal of land at Catcliffe.

Decision:

Commissioner Kenny requested further work on the submitted report before making her decision.

 

The updated report would be presented to a future decision making meeting.

Minded to grant decision: - (1)  That the consultation response within Appendix One be endorsed for submission to Sheffield City Council by their deadline of 15th January, 2016. 

 

(2)  That permission be sought from Lead Commissioner Sir Derek Myers / Commissioner Managing Director Stella Manzie to progress this decision urgently without the required five days’ representations period to meet the response deadline. 

 

Commissioner Manzie considered the report and approved the need for the decision to be treated as urgent without going through the five day representation process.

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council's Market Fees and Charges follow-up Report - December 2015.

Decision:

Minded to grant decision: - Commissioner Kenny received a follow-up report on Markets Fees and Charges (Decision no. 3 of 7th December, 2015, refers) relating to market unit turnover and terms and conditions considerations.  She noted this report. 

 

The report was exempt under Paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act (1972) – Business and Commercial Affairs of any particular individual (including the Authority holding that information). 

 

Representations upon the decision are invited from Councillors, members of the public, partner agencies and any interested body or individual within five working days from the date of publication and must be received by Hannah Etheridge (hannah.etheridge@rotherham.gov.uk ) no later than 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday 20th January, 2016.
