Whilst the requirements of the Local Government act 1972 do not apply, it is proposed that the following matter shall be considered in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, with the press and public being excluded from the meeting on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part I of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended 2006 – information relates to finance and business affairs).

Minded to Grant Decision:-  That the tender submitted by Pacey and Wheatley dated 15^th April , 2016  be accepted.

Reason:-  To give authority to accept a tender for the construction of a new classroom block at Dalton Primary School.

Consideration was given to a report which sought authority to accept a tender for the construction of a new classroom block at Dalton Primary School.
