To review and approve the newly revised version of the Religious Education Agreed Syllabus for Rotherham

The status of the agreed syllabus revision was discussed as well as next steps to be undertaken in the upcoming academic year.

Resolved:-

1. That the agreed syllabus revision be approved for launch.

2. That Lat Blaylock be commissioned to undertake the next iteration of syllabus unit updates.

To review and update the membership of the Rotherham SACRE

The updated membership was discussed, and the Chair expressed thanks to Gopa Raha and Charlie Wells for their service to SACRE. The need to recruit new Members in various categories was also discussed.

Resolved:-

1. That the membership list for 2021/22 be noted.

To determine any items which the Chair is of the opinion should be considered as a matter of urgency

The Chair confirmed there was no urgent business.
