The minutes from the last meeting on 30 September 2021 could not be approved at this meeting as a quorum was not present.

To discuss a plan for draft development

Consideration was given to a draft development plan and suggestions for additional items to add to the plan were discussed. The Chair took away the feedback to discuss and approve at a future meeting.

To determine any items which the Chair is of the opinion should be considered as a matter of urgency

There was no urgent business.
