PDF 57 KB Minutes: Consideration was given to a report of the Head of Culture and Leisure which set out the performance and progress against all Performance Indicators within Culture and Leisure from April to June, 2006. The report set out: 1^st quarter progress against Culture and Leisure key performance indicators for 2006/07 Projected performance against 2006 Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) Culture Block PI’s 1^st quarter 2006/07 Customer Complaints There is currently no indication of performance exceptions against Service Plan targets. Based on current analysis, the report set out a projected score of 3 against 2006 Culture Block Performance Indicators. Final performance is, however, dependent upon seven survey based PI’s achieving middle or upper threshold but whose final outturns will not be known until late 2006. During April-June there was a total of 13 complaints. All 1^st quarter complaints had been resolved at Stage 1. The meeting was informed of a current mapping exercise being undertaken within Culture and Leisure in respect of all leisure and green space facilities in an effort to identify a position on quality standards in relation to the associated CPA Performance Indicators. Decisions would then need to be made about the value of making any necessary investments in order to achieve the quality standards. Resolved:- That the Culture and Leisure Performance Report April to June, 2006 be received.
48.	Nomination - Home to School Transport Panel - to seek a nomination to replace Councillor A. Senior (Current membership Councillors Dodson, Gosling, Hodgkiss, Rushforth and Senior) Minutes: The meeting was asked to consider a nomination to replace Councillor Senior on the above Committee. Resolved:- (1) That Councillor D. Hall be nominated to serve on the Home to School Transport Panel for the current municipal year. (2) That this nomination be reviewed after the Local Government Elections in 2007.
