Resolved:-  That, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.

- to consider the award of the Clifton Park Landscape Consultancy project contract

Consideration was given to a report of the Senior Category Manager RBT, which gave details of the tendering evaluation process to procure the services of a Lead Consultant to oversee the regeneration of the park.

Following on from preliminary works within Clifton Park, and after securing funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF), the need had been identified to procure the services of a Lead Consultant to oversee the regeneration of the park.

The report set out the tendering and evaluation process undertaken to procure the Lead Consultant for the Clifton Park Landscape Consultancy project.

Resolved:-  That, in accordance with the Tender process, as detailed in the report now submitted, LDA Design be awarded the contract for the Clifton Park Landscape Consultancy Project.
