Minutes:

Consideration was given to a report, presented by the Assistant Parking Services Manager, detailing proposed amendments to parking charges with effect from 1^st April, 2010.

It was pointed out that the proposals would maintain the situation whereby the charges were broadly cheaper than other authorities in South Yorkshire.

Also some on-street charges were proposed to be reduced and the number of tariff bands reduced and therefore simplified.

It was also suggested that the pricing structure be reviewed in six months’ time to enable any necessary amendments to be made.

Resolved:- That the proposed charges as detailed below be approved for implementation with effect from 1^st April, 2010:-
