Exclusion of the Press and Public Resolved:- That, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (information relating to the financial or business affairs of any person (including the Council)/ information connected to labour relations matters). Sheltered Housing Warden and Care Enabler Merger - Final Proposals View the reasons why item 2. is restricted Minutes: The Directors of Independent Living and Health and Wellbeing presented a joint report setting out the final proposals for the merger of the Sheltered Housing Wards and Enabling Care Service following extensive consultation. The report highlighted:- - The background to the new Service - Independent Champion Pilot sites - Extra Care Personal Care Service - Neighbourhood Centres Activities - Neighbourhood Centres Management - Charging Proposals - Finance It was noted that the report was to be considered at the 1^st December Cabinet meeting.
