To receive the apologies of any Member who is unable to attend the meeting.

To consider and approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on 23 June 2026 as a true and correct record of the proceedings and to be signed by the Chair.

To receive declarations of interest from Members in respect of items listed on the agenda.

To receive questions relating to items of business on the agenda from members of the public or press who are present at the meeting.

To consider whether the press and public should be excluded from the meeting during consideration of any part of the agenda.

To receive the presentation which provides a Review of the Rotherham Investment and Development Office (RiDO) Business Centres.

To receive and consider the report and presentation which provide an introduction to the Housing Improvement and Governance team, which was created in February 2025 in response to the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023. 

To receive and consider the report on the findings and recommendations of the Improving Places Select Commission Scrutiny Review – School Road Safety.

The report is a result of the in-depth Review completed by a working group of Members of the Improving Places Select Commission, through meetings and evidence gathering sessions conducted between October 2025 and July 2026.

To consider and endorse the outline schedule of scrutiny work for the 2026-2027 municipal year.

To consider any item which the Chair is of the opinion should be considered as a matter of urgency.
