To consider and approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on 21^st July, 2026 as a true and correct record of the proceedings and to be signed by the Chair.

To receive declarations of interest from Members in respect of items listed on the agenda.

To consider whether the press and public should be excluded from the meeting during consideration of any part of the agenda.

To receive questions relating to items of business on the agenda from members of the public or press who are present at the meeting.

To receive a verbal update from the Vice-Chair on the Corporate Parenting Partnership Board from the meetings of 30^th June and 8^th September, 2026.

To consider the performance outturn for the reporting year April 2025 to March 2026 for Children and Young People’s Services.

To receive an update on the performance of Rotherham’s Family Hubs Programme during 2025-26 and how it demonstrates its growing reach and impact across the borough.

To consider and approve the Commission’s Work Programme.

For the Chair/Project Group Leads to provide an update on the activity regarding sub and project groups of the Improving Lives Select Commission.

To consider any item(s) the Chair is of the opinion should be considered as a matter of urgency.
