To receive the apologies of any Member who is unable to attend the meeting.

To consider and approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on 15^th September, 2026 as a true and correct record of the proceedings and to be signed by the Chair.

To receive declarations of interest from Members in respect of items listed on the agenda.

To consider whether the press and public should be excluded from the meeting during consideration of any part of the agenda.

To receive questions relating to items of business on the agenda from members of the public or press who are present at the meeting.

To receive an update on the development of the Maintained Schools Long-Term Maintenance Plan (LTMP), including the approach and protocols that will underpin the plan and how future maintenance priorities will link with wider education considerations, such as school sufficiency and/or expansion requirements and academisation.

To receive an update on the draft Intrafamilial Child Sexual Abuse Strategy. Including why the Strategy is needed, the key priorities, expected outcomes, the delivery and assurance measures and potential risks.

To consider and approve the Commission’s Work Programme.

For the Chair/Project Group Leads to provide an update on the activity regarding sub and project groups of the Improving Lives Select Commission.

To consider any item(s) the Chair is of the opinion should be considered as a matter of urgency.
