To receive the record of proceedings of the ordinary meeting of the Council held on 15th July 2026 and to approve the accuracy thereof.

Consideration was given to the minutes of the previous Council meeting held on 15 July 2026.

In reference to Minute 40 – Notice of Motion – Stop Polluting Our Rivers and Hiking Out Bills – Councillor Steele confirmed that Yorkshire Water and Severn Trent had been invited to a special meeting of scrutiny. To date, Severn Trent had confirmed attendance. Yorkshire Water had not yet responded. All Members would be invited to the meeting with Overview and Scrutiny Management Board Members being invited to make recommendations.

Resolved:

That the minutes of the Council meeting held on 15 July 2026 be approved for signature by the Mayor.
