Recommendations
That Cabinet:
1.
Approve the proposal to introduce a hybrid model, with tenant
engagement insourced and tenant scrutiny outsourced from April
2027.
2. Approve the proposal to procure an external provider to manage and deliver a tenant scrutiny function.
