To receive the record of proceedings of both parts of the annual meeting of the Council held on 18^th and 23^rd May, 2018 and to approve the accuracy thereof.

Resolved:-  That the minutes of the meeting of Council held on 18^th and 23^rd May, 2018, be approved for signature by the Mayor.
