To receive the record of proceedings of the Cabinet meeting held on 16 September 2019.

Resolved:-  That the minutes of the Cabinet meeting held on 16^th September, 2019, be agreed as a true and correct record of the proceedings, subject to a an amended word in Minute No. 45 (Council Plan Monitoring) to confirm Priority 3 indicators that related to Culture, Sport and Tourism were already exceeding 25% at this stage in the year, rather than at 25%.
