Agenda Items 7 and 9 have exempt appendices. Therefore, if necessary when considering those items, the Chair will move the following resolution:-
That under Section 100(A) 4 of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 3 respectively of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of such Act indicated, as now amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.
Minutes:
The Chair advised that there was one exempt appendix in relation to Minute Nos. 46 and 48 by virtue of Paragraphs 1 and 3 respectively of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972. However, the appendices were not discussed during the meeting and as such, the meeting remained open to the press and public throughout.
