Approval was given to request ERP0317 for the compulsory redundancy of an employee in the Adult Care, Housing and Public Health Directorate.

Reasons for the Decision:

The panel noted the request for compulsory redundancy in the absence of suitable redeployment opportunities, at the end of the individual’s notice period.

Redeployment options had been explored and no suitable alternative post found.
